Welcome to Coast 67. By accessing or using our website (coast67.com) and making a reservation at our hotel, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Deposits

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of check-in. Payments can be made in USD, LKR, or via credit card (3% fee added for all card transactions).

Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel a confirmed direct reservation, the refund depends on how many days before your scheduled check-in date we receive your cancellation:

• 30 days or more before check-in — full refund of the amount paid
• 14 to 29 days before check-in — 50% refund of the amount paid
• 7 to 13 days before check-in — 25% refund of the amount paid
• Fewer than 7 days before check-in — no refund

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected] and take effect on the date we receive them (Sri Lanka Standard Time, GMT+5:30). Refunds are returned to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days; any bank or card transaction fees are borne by the guest. No refund is given for a no-show, or for nights left unused after an early departure.

Reservations made through travel agents or online booking platforms are governed by that platform’s cancellation terms.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM.

Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property.

Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

5. Use of the Website

The content of this website is for general information and promotional purposes only.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

6. Privacy

Personal information provided during booking is handled according to our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

7. Force Majeure

Coast 67 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.

8. Modifications to Terms

Coast 67 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
